Terms & Conditions

1. Event location will be hotels choice and confirmed upon groups arrival to the hotel. Locations will be based on group size and availability. Hotel will not confirm event location in advance.

2. Private Cocktail events are max 2 hours and include hotels choice of assorted gourmet bites, beer, wine, soda and signature cocktail.

3. Private Lunch/Dinner events are a maximum of 3 hours and include a 3 course menu selected from Pick & Choose Menu only and include international open bar, coffee & tea.

4. All private events must be requested to the wedding coordinator no later than 60 days prior to arrival and appear on final wedding detail sheet no later than 45 days prior to arrival. Events requested after this will not be confirmed.

5. All events must select from the menus provided below.

6. Promotion is combinable with Bride & Groom Stay Free promotion and our free wedding packages. Minimum group size of 10 rooms.

7. Qualified inclusions do not include items from previous tier. Ex: 16-20 rooms does not include two hour cocktail from the 10-15 room tier, etc.

8. Promotion is only valid for group bookings who are not hosting a wedding on a restricted ceremony date. Groups that do have a wedding on a restricted ceremony date will not qualify for this promotion at all.

9. Valid for rooms booked through a group room block only.

10. Valid for USA market only.
